Beckham at a Bed and Breakfast, Not

Alternately titled, “Why I Won’t Be Blogging This Weekend.”
My husband has surprised me with a weekend away at a B & B sans kiddos. And since I will be otherwise occupied, there will be no David Beckham posting.
I AM, however, DVRing the game Saturday and will be able to watch it Sunday night. My husband spoils me. A weekend away, but home in time on Sunday to play my own soccer match at 2:30 and then watch the Galaxy game that evening. Sorry ladies, he’s taken.

Aha, a highlight reel of my playing. That would be funny. I wonder if we still have the video Marc took of me when we were dating and I was shopping colleges for one last year of playing eligibility. THAT would be a good one.
And yes, this B&B has wifi — so here we are with our laptops chilling with hot cocoa and chocolate chip cookies.
